A little planning goes a long way, especially if it’s your birth plan.

Going into the hospital to have your baby can be a scary time, especially reading comments and stories from other moms online, and birth plans, from the excessively long to the three scribbled words leaving a lot of room for guessing.

We have put together a birth plan template with helpful pictures, and room for notes for the staff, that can reassure you and them of your birth wishes.

Simply print off, cross out what doesn’t apply on the template, and write in other notes, such as ‘vegan formula supplied’ or any allergies that you may have with food, and you’re ready to go!
