Vegan White Chocolate Recipe With Minimal Ingredients

Ingredients

2 cups edible raw cocoa butter, chopped
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

Directions

To create a double boiler, place a heat-proof bowl on top of a saucepan of boiling water, and add the cocoa butter.
Allow the cocoa butter to melt entirely, then add the coconut oil.

Stir continuously using a metal whisk or fork. Once the cocoa butter is fully melted, turn off the heat and add the vanilla, salt, and sugar.

Using a hand mixer, blend the ingredients until thoroughly combined. Carefully pour the white chocolate into a chocolate mold tray, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in the freezer for about an hour.

It’s really that simple!
