Vegan Bread Pudding Recipe – Great for Brunch
Bread pudding is a yummy, warm brunch dish. This vegan bread pudding recipe is easy to follow, and simple to make. If you have bread that is on it’s way to getting stale, bread pudding is a great way to use it up. I like to mix this dish up ahead of time and then just whack it in the oven on a weekend morning.
