Directions
- Combine the all-purpose flour, salt and sugar.
- Slice in the vegan butter in small pieces
- Mix the vegan butter to the dry mix until it feels lumpy/cumbly.
- Mix in the vegetable oil and water slowly while combining into a dough.
- Place the dough in the fridge for two hours covered well to chill.
- Your pastry is ready to create lavish dishes!
- When rolling it out, if it falls apart a little bit, chill for longer. The patry needs to stay cold so the oil/butter mixture doesn’t start to become wam and unstable.
