Vegan Beanie Weenies!

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Vegan Baked Beans aka “Beanie”
  • 4-6 Veggie Hot Dogs aka “Weenies”
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley For Garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the non-meat hot dogs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan, leaving the parsley aside.
  3. Cook the beanie-weenie over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Spoon into bowls, top with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
