‘oat Of Time’ Banana Oat Smoothie

No time to make breakfast? Smoothies are a great way to fill up on the go. Light enough to prevent bloating yet filling enough to last you until lunch, this banana oat smoothie will have your head over peels!

Serves one

Ingredients for your banana oat smoothie

  • 10 fl oz unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 ripe bananas (peeled)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of oats

Method

Blend all of the ingredients together until creamy and smooth.

If your smoothie is too thick, add in some extra non-dairy milk. If it’s too thin, add in some more bananas.

Pour your banana oat smoothie into a tumbler or glass and enjoy!

And it’s as simple as that to get a delicious, filling, and nutrient-packed breakfast for when you’re ‘oat of time’ and need something quick, (like all those school mornings that are happening again).
