Currently, on pre-order, her book titled “Rachel Ama’s Vegan Eats” will be coming out this June. As advertised on her website, if you pre-order her book, you are eligible to receive an e-book featuring 7 of the recipes from her book to keep you occupied until you receive the cookbook itself. According to a Rising Star of Food Observer, “Rachel’s ingredients are quick and often one-pot; ingredients lists are short and supermarket-friendly; dishes can be prepped-ahead and, most importantly. She has included  a song with each recipe so that you have a banging playlist to go alongside every plate of delicious food.” Some of the recipes that will be featured in the book are plantain burgers, Caribbean fritters, and cinnamon French toast with strawberries.

Rachel has had a social media presence for some time now. On Rachel’s YouTube channel, you can find a plethora of videos including “What I Eat in a Day”s, colorful feasts, and a lot of simple, cheap eats that are packed full of nutrients and flavor. She currently has over 172 thousand subscribers and 72 videos on her channel.

Her Instagram (@rachelama_) features all of her recipes in one place as they are posted to her other social platforms.

On her website, you can find a wide range of delightful recipes that are sure to make your mouth water. Her warm embrace towards her Caribbean and African roots will inspire you to embrace your own roots in conjunction with your vegan lifestyle. Each recipe is accompanied by aesthetic photographs showcasing her culinary genius. My personal favorite recipes of hers are the Chili Ginger & Quinoa Stir Fry, Vegan Red Pepper Pesto (which is great for tortilla wraps!), and Lentil & Pumpkin Coconut Curry.
