New Year New Me Vegan Smoothie
Try this vegan smoothie to detox your body post celebrations. This holiday season I absolutely out-did myself from years past. I out-ate, out-partied and out-drank. I didn’t even get to celebrate on New Year’s Eve because I was working, this is probably a great thing because between Christmas and my 40th birthday shenanigans I was done!! Exhausted and on antibiotics, for a nasty sinus infection, I decided I needed a little detox. I made myself this delicious and refreshing vegan smoothie.

New Year New Me Vegan Smoothie: Dairy, Sugar & Gluten Free
Ingredients
- 1 green pear
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- juice of 1 lemon or lime
- 1 1/2 cup ice
- ½ frozen banana
Instructions
Blend all of your ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drink and refresh!
