Chia Seeds Smoothie

These super nutritious seeds are an amazing addition to any smoothie as they act as natural thickeners without altering the taste of the drink. Chia seeds are a dynamic addition to any food as they taste neutral. 

Ingredients

  • Almond milk: 2 Cups
  • Chia Seeds (soaked): 1/4 cup (water drained)
  • Banana (peeled and cut): 1 
  • Seeded Mejdool Dates (soaked and cut): 1/4 cup
  • Saffron (optional): one pinch

Instructions
