The live-action Thor is living proof that you can still not only gain muscle, but actually get super ripped on a vegan diet! Chris isn’t the only vegan in the Hemsworth Family either, little brother Liam Hemsworth, husband to Miley Cyrus, also follows a plant-based lifestyle.
Dave Bautista
Former wrestler and Guardians of the Galaxy crew member, Drax the Destroyer, is focused on eating as clean as possible, and that involves following a plant-based diet and enjoying vegan protein powder.

Dr. Strange and Sherlock actor, Benedict Cumberbatch has revealed in many interviews that he follows a vegan diet. Perhaps he was inspired by all of his vegan co-stars on the set of Avengers: Infinity Wars?

As one of the biggest environmentalists in Hollywood, Mark Ruffalo, the man behind the Hulk/Bruce Banner is a somewhat of a spokesman against the meat industry and for awareness of climate change. He has posted on Twitter sharing about the meat industry’s contributions to the issue.

Although not vegan, super-mom to three children, Zoe Saldana, the actress behind Star-Lord’s badass love interest Gamora, is working with her family to transition towards living a vegetarian lifestyle, according to an interview with Shape magazine.
Danai Gurira

Super badass from Wakanda, Okoye, portrayed by Danai Gurira is “pesca-vegan”, which means she is vegan with the exception of fish being part of her diet. Even if she isn’t fully vegan, that hasn’t stopped her from taking to Twitter to share two of her favorite vegan finds on World Vegan Day.
