Thinking about vegan friendly places you can take your kids to this summer? Well, PETA kind of helped you by officially announcing the most vegan friendly theme park in America, and it’s none other than- Disneyland.

If you have ever cringed at the idea of taking your vegan kid to a theme park because of the unavailability of plant-based food options, you might be in for a surprise. The very own kids’ favorite worldwide, the iconic Disneyland, has been adorned with the title of ‘Most Vegan-Friendly Theme Park’ by not so easy to please PETA.

In its press release, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) said,

“Once upon a time, theme park food meant hamburgers, hot dogs, and turkey legs. Times have changed, and so have menus. Disneyland now has so many meat-, egg-, and dairy-free options that PETA has named it America’s “Most Vegan-Friendly Amusement Park”.

There are hidden vegan gems waiting to be discovered at Disneyland, as well as, Disney World. There’s iconic plant-based Mickey Mouse pretzel, Vegetarian Gumbo (it’s vegan too), Dole Whip, Cotton Candy & Lemonade Duo, Mickey waffles, Wicket’s Wicked Veggie Wrap, Pancakes and Hash Browns, Venus Vegetarian Pizza, Sprinkle cupcakes, Vegetable Tower, Monterey Tacos, Portobello Mushroom Stack, and the list would go on…
