Super busy and probably won’t have time to stop at home before running some errands after your workout? Pack some almond milk and a serving of protein powder in a blender bottle to enjoy immediately after your workout! (Even after my 90-minute workouts, the drink tastes just fine as long as I give it a good mix again)

Always keep a couple of vegan protein bars stashed in your gym bag for those days you forget your protein drink at home!

The gym is a very dirty place, and as a mom, you can’t risk getting sick! Be sure to pack cruelty-free multipurpose wipes to use when the state of the rowing machine looks….questionable.

Portable Charger

Blasting your music at the gym is an important part of feeling like a beast, but it also can drain your phone battery. Always have a fully-charged portable charger just in case.

Once you go wireless, you’ll never go back! You can find a large range of wireless headphones from lower priced Sony brand to the higher end Beats By Dre (my absolute favorite).

Resistance Bands

Let’s be honest, there’s no way to properly disinfect a resistance band. Bring your own to avoid any hassle!

That time of the month can sneak up on you at the worst times it seems like. Check out my favorite eco-friendly sponge tampon, Beppy! They work great for those with active lifestyles.

Along with tampons, pack a small toiletry pouch with mini sizes of all your essentials – because you never know what could come up! In mine, I have minis of my skincare essentials, chapstick, a bamboo toothbrush, toothpaste tabs, ibuprofen, concealer, mascara, an eyebrow pencil, and a bold red liquid lipstick.

Kid-Friendly Vegan Snacks On-The-Go

Emergencies come up and you may have to run from the gym to pick up your kids before going on some long errands. Always have some kid-friendly vegan snacks such as nuts, vegan fruit snacks, or individual packs of peanut butter and rice cakes so that your kids (or you) can have something healthy to munch on in a pinch.
