With May quite literally just around the corner, spring has come in full force and those, like myself, who suffer from seasonal allergies know this all too well. Despite any pollen that may be bothering you, after getting your allergies under control, why not enjoy the beautiful weather, the new flowers and the sun for a while? Here are some simple yet fun vegan ways to enjoy spring this year.

Ditch the car

As the weather gets warmer and the days get longer (thanks, daylight savings for making it still bright out at 7 pm), ditching taking your car places is an eco-friendly way you can enjoy doing any minor errands. Whether it’s a quick trip to the store when you only need a few items or walking to pick your children up from school, enjoying the outdoors is the best way to really benefit from spring!
